What are cookies?
Cookies are small files a website stores on your device. Together with equivalent technologies (such as your browser's local storage), they let DILIU work securely, remember your preferences, and understand how the platform is used.
Who uses these technologies
DILIU uses cookies and similar local storage technologies to operate DILIU securely and to remember your choices.
For privacy or cookie questions you can contact support@diliu.eu.
Legal basis
We use cookies in line with the ePrivacy Directive and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), as implemented nationally (in Spain, Article 22.2 of Law 34/2002, "LSSI"):
- Technical (necessary) cookies: strictly required to deliver the service you request. These do not need your consent.
- Optional cookies (functional, analytics and marketing): only set if you give your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Categories used by DILIU
- Necessary cookies: required for authentication, security, fraud prevention, checkout continuity, CSRF protection, locale handling and core account access.
- Functional cookies: optional interface conveniences and non-essential product preferences.
- Analytics cookies: optional measurement used to understand product usage and improve DILIU.
- Marketing cookies: optional attribution and promotional personalization technologies.
Cookies DILIU uses
| Cookie | Purpose | Category | Duration | Type |
|---|---|---|---|---|
diliu_auth_token | Keeps you securely signed in (authentication). | Necessary | 7 days | First-party · HttpOnly |
diliu_cookie_consent | Remembers your cookie consent choices. | Necessary | 180 days | First-party |
diliu_locale | Remembers the language you selected. | Necessary | 12 months | First-party |
diliu_google_oauth_* | Secures and completes sign-in with Google (anti-CSRF state for the OAuth flow). | Necessary | Temporary (only during sign-in) | First-party · HttpOnly |
diliu_fb_oauth_* | Secures and completes sign-in with Facebook. | Necessary | Temporary (only during sign-in) | First-party · HttpOnly |
diliu_apple_oauth_* | Secures and completes sign-in with Apple. | Necessary | Temporary (only during sign-in) | First-party · HttpOnly |
Optional cookies (additional functional, analytics and marketing) are only set if you accept them. If DILIU enables analytics or marketing tools in the future, they will be listed in this table and will stay disabled until you consent.
Local storage
If you shop without signing in, we keep your guest basket in your browser's local storage (this is not a cookie). It is used only to preserve your cart and stays on your device.
Consent and control
Optional categories remain disabled until you grant consent through the cookie banner or the Cookie preferences panel at the top of this page. You can accept, reject or customize your choices, and revisit them at any time.
You may also view and delete cookies from your browser, although deleting necessary cookies can sign you out or remove saved preferences.
Email marketing is separate
Marketing email consent is separate from cookie consent. Promotional emails are only sent to users who opted in, and every marketing email includes a real unsubscribe mechanism. Transactional emails (orders, security or legal obligations) do not depend on marketing consent.
Processors and international transfers
Optional analytics, attribution or marketing technologies are only enabled when the legal basis is in place. DILIU keeps the operational processor register and international transfer safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions) in its internal privacy governance workspace. See our Privacy Notice for more detail.
Changes to this policy
We may update this cookie policy when the technologies we use or the applicable rules change. The "Last updated" date shows the current version.
Supervisory authority and contact
The lead supervisory authority is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), with which you can lodge a complaint. For any question about cookies or consent, contact support@diliu.eu.
