Conditions of Use

These Conditions of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of DILIU (“the Platform”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing or using DILIU, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

 

1. Nature of the Platform

DILIU operates as an online marketplace that connects sellers (“Vendors”) with customers (“Users”).

Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

  • DILIU is not the seller of the products listed on the Platform
  • The contract of sale is concluded directly between the Vendor and the User
  • Vendors are solely responsible for their products, listings, pricing, and compliance with applicable laws

DILIU provides infrastructure, payment facilitation, and platform services.

 

2. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity under applicable law
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Use the Platform in good faith and in compliance with applicable laws

We reserve the right to refuse access or suspend accounts at our discretion.

 

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities conducted under your account

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Provide false information
  • Engage in fraudulent or abusive activity
  • Violate these Terms

 

4. Orders and Contracts

When placing an order:

  • You enter into a legally binding contract with the Vendor
  • The Vendor is responsible for fulfillment, delivery, and product conformity

DILIU is not a party to the contract of sale, except where explicitly stated.

 

5. Pricing and Payments

  • Prices are set by Vendors and must comply with applicable laws
  • Prices displayed include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
  • Payments are processed through third-party payment providers

By completing a purchase, you also agree to the terms of those providers.

DILIU does not store full payment details.

 

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping terms are defined by each Vendor
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary

Vendors are responsible for:

  • Shipping execution
  • Providing tracking information where applicable

 

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by:

  • Applicable European consumer law
  • Vendor-specific return policies

Users may benefit from statutory rights, including:

  • A 14-day withdrawal period (where applicable)
  • Legal guarantees on product conformity

Vendors are responsible for handling returns and refunds in compliance with the law.

 

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
  • Engage in fraud, abuse, or misleading practices
  • Interfere with the operation or security of the Platform
  • Upload false, harmful, or infringing content

We reserve the right to take action, including account suspension or legal measures.

 

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including:

  • Logos
  • Design
  • Text
  • Software

is owned by or licensed to DILIU and protected by applicable laws.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute content without authorization

Vendors retain ownership of their own content but grant DILIU a license to display and use it for platform operation and promotion.

 

10. Platform Availability

We aim to provide continuous access but do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted service
  • Error-free operation

We may:

  • Modify or discontinue features
  • Perform maintenance or updates

 

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • DILIU is not liable for actions, products, or omissions of Vendors
  • We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of products

DILIU shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or opportunities

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot be excluded under applicable law.

 

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DILIU from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:

  • Your misuse of the Platform
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your breach of applicable laws

 

13. Compliance with EU Law

DILIU operates within the European Union framework.

Vendors are required to comply with:

  • Consumer protection laws
  • Product safety regulations
  • Applicable tax and VAT obligations

We may remove listings or suspend Vendors that fail to comply.

 

14. Suspension and Termination

We may:

  • Suspend or terminate accounts
  • Remove listings or content

at our discretion, particularly in cases of:

  • Legal violations
  • Fraud or abuse
  • Risk to users or the Platform

 

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and, where applicable, the laws of the country in which DILIU is established.

Consumer rights under mandatory local laws remain unaffected.

 

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

Users will be notified where required.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
