1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Conditions of Use (the “Conditions”) govern your access to and use of the DILIU website, applications, and related online services (together, the “Site”), as well as the purchase of any products offered through them (the “Products”). The Site is owned and operated by DILIU (“DILIU”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing the Site, browsing it, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Conditions and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Conditions, you must not use the Site or purchase Products.

These Conditions apply to all visitors and customers worldwide. Where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence grant you rights that cannot be waived by contract, those rights prevail over any conflicting provision in these Conditions.

2. Eligibility

To use the Site and purchase Products you must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, and have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. By placing an order you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

Purchases made by minors are only permitted with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who assumes full responsibility for the order.

3. Account Registration and Security

Some features require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• Provide accurate and complete information and keep it up to date.
• Do not share your password or allow any third party to use your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use or suspected breach of security.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe these Conditions have been breached or that your account has been used for fraudulent or unlawful activity.

4. Products, Descriptions, and Availability

We take reasonable care to describe and display our Products accurately. However, colours, dimensions, and finishes may vary slightly due to screen settings, photography, and manufacturing tolerances. Such variations do not constitute a defect.

All Products are offered subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the quantity of any Product at any time without liability. If a Product becomes unavailable after you order, we will inform you and offer a replacement, a back-order, or a full refund of the affected item.

5. Pricing and Taxes

Prices are displayed in the currency indicated at checkout and are valid only at the time of purchase. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders we have already confirmed.

• Unless stated otherwise, prices may exclude shipping, handling, duties, and applicable taxes, which are calculated and shown before you confirm your order.
• For international orders, you, as importer of record, are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by the destination country.

Despite our efforts, a Product may occasionally be mispriced. Where the correct price is higher than the price shown, we will contact you before dispatch to ask whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order. We are not obliged to supply a Product at an incorrect price.

6. Orders and Formation of Contract

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase the Products. All orders are subject to our acceptance. An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order but does not by itself form a contract.

A binding contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation for the relevant Products. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order before dispatch, including where there is a pricing error, suspected fraud, a breach of these Conditions, or stock unavailability. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund the amount charged.

7. Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering through the payment methods offered at checkout. By submitting payment details you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

We use third-party payment processors and do not store full card details on our own systems. Orders may be subject to fraud-prevention and verification checks; we may withhold dispatch until these are completed and may cancel orders that fail them.

8. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to the destinations listed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are indicative only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss or damage to the Products passes to you on delivery to the address you provide. Title passes once we have received payment in full. Please inspect Products on arrival and report any visible damage or shortage promptly.

9. Right to Cancel, Returns, and Refunds

Where required by the consumer laws applicable to you, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase within a set period (for many jurisdictions, 14 days from receipt) without giving a reason. Nothing in these Conditions limits such mandatory rights.

In addition to any statutory rights, we accept returns of unused Products in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery, subject to the exceptions below. To start a return, contact us using the details in Section 21.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned Product.
• Unless the return is due to our error or a defective Product, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Certain items may be excluded from return for hygiene, safety, customisation, or perishability reasons; any such exclusions are indicated on the Product page.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied Products will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at no cost to you, in line with applicable consumer law.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, photographs, and the “DILIU” name and marks — is owned by or licensed to DILIU and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, scrape, or create derivative works from any part of the Site, or use our trademarks, without our prior written consent.

11. Acceptable Use

When using the Site you agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or connected systems.
• Introduce viruses, malware, or any malicious code, or use bots, scrapers, or automated means without our permission.
• Infringe the rights of others or post unlawful, defamatory, or offensive content.

We may investigate and take appropriate action, including suspending access and reporting to authorities, for any breach of this section.

12. User Content

If you submit content such as reviews, comments, or images, you retain ownership of it but grant DILIU a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with the Site and our marketing. You are responsible for ensuring your content is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe any third-party rights. We may remove any user content at our discretion.

13. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not control. We provide these links for convenience only and are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of third parties. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that party’s own terms and policies.

14. Disclaimers and Warranties

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Conditions, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Nothing in these Conditions excludes or limits any warranty, guarantee, or right that cannot lawfully be excluded under the consumer-protection laws applicable to you.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DILIU and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or any Products.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under or in connection with these Conditions will not exceed the amount you paid for the Product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Conditions limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DILIU and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Conditions, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

17. Force Majeure

We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, war, civil unrest, pandemics, strikes, carrier failures, power or internet outages, or supply-chain disruption.

18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DILIU is established, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence. Where local law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your home courts, that right is preserved.

Before pursuing formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us so we can try to resolve the matter amicably. Consumers in certain regions may also have access to online or alternative dispute-resolution mechanisms.

19. Changes to These Conditions

We may update these Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, Products, or legal requirements. The version in force is the one published on the Site at the time of your order, identified by the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be highlighted where reasonably practicable. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Conditions.

20. General Provisions

• Entire agreement: These Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any order-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and DILIU.
• Severability: If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
• No waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Conditions without our consent; we may assign ours in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
