All products are covered by a legal guarantee of at least 2 years.

DILIU operates as a marketplace connecting customers with independent Vendors.
- The contract of sale is concluded directly with the Vendor
- Vendors are responsible for fulfilling your order and handling returns
- DILIU provides the platform, payment infrastructure, and support systems
